Returns
If you wish to return an unused, unwanted item please call 01392 361800 for a return authorisation number and post back the goods within 7 days after receipt. Unauthorised returns will be refused
A refund or exchange will be given provided that they are in as new condition, with ALL original packaging and suitable for resale. You are always responsible for the safe return of unwanted or faulty goods, please send returns recorded or special delivery with return authorisation number and covering letter. Postage is only refunded when goods are returned and proved to be faulty.
A £3.95 minimum handling charge applies for non-fault returns and with this the return delivery charge will not be refunded. In the event of a customer requesting a courier collection of goods or refusing goods without prior cancellation notification, a fee of; £9.95 will apply for those whose parcels which are returned to sender via our courier services, the handling fee will be deducted from the cost of items not total price.
Please note that on replaced items, the warranty still runs from the date of original purchase.
A signature for registered items at the delivery address accepts the goods into your care, and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging.
An alternative delivery address to the billing address must be to your place of work, where the company name matches the postcode. Faulty goods must be returned according to the manufacturers instruction, in the absence of this please contact us for advice.
Our descriptions of products are generalisations; we do not guarantee the suitability of goods for any specific person or use. As with any mail order purchase the choice of suitability; lies with the consumer based on our fair and accurate description. Once goods have been used they are classed as second hand and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Defective items
If the item is defective, please ring or email on 01392 361800, or email on . We will arrange for one of our team to contact you to discuss the problem. They will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. If it cannot be repaired, we will at our discretion arrange to replace the item.
Damages
Claims for damages must be made within 24 hours of delivery, with no exception. A written notification must be received by us within 7 days.
